By doing this your body is better equipped to fight the sickness and decrease the chances of a prolonged illness or secondary infection.

Woman applying foundation to her cheek Fresh Face: Melting make-up, caused by summer heat, is a gal's worst nightmare. To maintain a fab, fresh face throughout the day, don't pile on the base. Rather use a light tinted moisturizer or layer your foundation thinly. Dust with a little loose powder and finish with a bronzer. Keep a powder compact handy for touch-ups.
Woman with frizzy hair Beat the Frizz: Summer's strong winds, heat and high humidity levels often renders hair unmanageable. Keep frizz at bay by avoiding overstyling your hair with heat appliances or over-using hair products. Ensure that you add moisture through a high quality hydrating shampoo and conditioner. Gel waxes are good for keeping your style in check.
womans lips with bright red lipstick Hot lips: Red lips are a hot trend right now, but choosing the right shade of red can be tricky. Fair skin tones should opt for classic and pink reds; olive and caramel skin tones should try berry and cherry red; while dark skin tones should go for deep, warm reds. Red lipstick is best applied with a lip brush.
woman's had that has had a French manicure Make your manicures last longer: By applying clear polish every so often. With such a busy schedule, it is amazing you have your nails done in the first place. To keep your pretty look alive as long as possible, apply a clear topcoat daily to prevent the nail polish from cracking and chipping.

Avoid processed or highly refined foods and try to include more fresh fruit and vegetables in your daily diet. Avoid fizzy drinks, excess coffee and caffeine.
