I will be 40 in this year and have begun walking to try and stay fit and toned. I have quit smoking and have improved my diet significantly. But what I am struggling with and have always struggled with is cellulite. Doesnít matter what I do, I canít seem to get rid of it. Any suggestions?

You are on the right track with diet and exercise. Eating less processed foods is supposed to help too, so try to eat lots of fresh produce! Unfortunately a lot of it may also be genetics, but with a consistent regime of dieting, exercising, and an overall healthy lifestyle, you will be able to keep that nasty orange peel effect at bay. There is no easy natural solution Iím afraid other than good old fashioned hard work and determination.
